Thank you for reporting this bug.
I opted the version that upstream uses, i.e.:

-KERNEL!="md[0-9]*", GOTO="mdadm_end"
+KERNEL!="md*", GOTO="mdadm_end"

Which works just as well. This will be uploaded to the archive soon.
