Please use the standard behavior (also in Debian for other packages!) of

/usr/include/lua.h -> /usr/include/lua-DEFAULTVERSION/lua.h
and
/usr/lib/liblua.so -> /usr/lib/liblua-DEFAULTVERSION.so
