i keep getting a serious kernel error and fire fox freezes

I am also seeing this on a box with the skge module. This is the output in dmesg. My skge module doesn't seem to work in 9.10 amd64 (see my bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-backports-modules-2.6.31/+bug/458392)
