The packages in the new minimal image do not includes lxd; they do include the lxd-installer shim package though. I see no zfs package by default. See manifest @ http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/minimal/daily/mantic/current/mantic-minimal-cloudimg-amd64.manifest
