[SRU][I/J/OEM-5.13/OEM-5.14] Add basic support of MT7922

This bug is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the problem. While running an Ubuntu kernel (not a mainline or third-party kernel) please enter the following command in a terminal window:

apport-collect 1958151

and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.

dropping for oem-5.13, as it will get migrated to oem-5.14 next cycle

I tested the 5.14.0.1021.18 in focal-proposed, the Wifi and BT works only with 3 additional firmwares:

WIFI_RAM_CODE_MT7922_1.bin
WIFI_MT7922_patch_mcu_1_1_hdr.bin
BT_RAM_CODE_MT7922_1_1_hdr.bin

which are not available in latest linux-firmware(1.187.25) in Focal. We need those firmwares lands to linux-firmware package.
