Bug Description
KVM: Enable GISA support for Secure Execution guests
Description:
The initial Secure Execution support doesn't contain guest interrupt support via GISA. Consequently the GISA support is fenced by QEMU for guests running in Secure Execution mode. For crypto passthrough support it is necessary to allow interrupts to be injected for better performance.
