Mateusz, indeed your patch above in attachment 146121 does fix the problem with Elantech touch pad never working after a cold boot in Linux.
From what I can see, it is very small & simple. Therefore, hopefully it'd be accepted in mainline (and stable) in some form or other (which will eventually trickle down to many distribution kernels).
