My friend you've done it! You've fixed this notorious problem for good. With your patch (which I'm enclosing in the next entry) Elantech worked three times straight after a complete power down & power up. I can't thank you enough! :-) I hope your fix works for every Gigabyte/Elantech user facing this problem & I hope they're as thrilled as I humbly am. Thank you.
