Good news!

Before suspend/resume:
Powertop: around 1.5W - pc2,3,7,8,10
ASPM L1 enabled for all controllers

After suspend/resume:
Powertop: around 1.5W - pc2,3,7,8,10
ASPM L1 enabled for all controllers

Fn-keys and touchpad working.

Dmesg is attached.
