Patch with quirk for incorrect PCIe requester IDs.

Changes:
* Include various bit shifting and masking fixes by George Spelvin
* Fix pci_requester() using wrong loop condition, reported by Martin Öhrling
* Expand list of quirked device ids
* Attempt to include support for AMD (needs testing)
