I am also getting a similar issue on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (mid-2021)

The only fix that seems to work is a reboot. rmmod and modprobe i2c_hid and i2c_hid_acpi don't seem to fix the issue. The only workaround I have found is to disable sleep, and to just use hibernate.

The issue has occurred with all kernels I have tried between 5.13.0 and 5.14.21.
