Thanks, but (1) I am hesitant to try yet another work-around, at least without knowing whether you have the NFC model. (2) Where did you get those echo values, please? Might they differ system to system? (If this works, though, then I will be most pleased, though it won't mean Lenovo doesn't have a bug to fix.)
