I am a bit confused by the last couple of comments. The current test kernel has the following patches:

ibmvscsis: Do not send aborted task response
target: Fix unknown fabric callback queue-full errors

are suggesting that in addition to those the following patches are also required?

ibmvscsis: Clear left-over abort_cmd pointers
ibmvscsis: Fix the incorrect req_lim_delta
