Followed the instructions from here, but
nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=6000
did not work for me.

I'm now on nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us= 0 and will try if this helps.

17.04 4.12 from mainline, Bios from May, Dell Precision 5510 (from 12/2015), Samsung 512 GB
