SORRY.

The bug has *NOT* been fixed in kernel 3.9. It was *apparently* fixed because after installing kernel 3.9 i just did a warm reboot. With a cold boot the problem is still present in 3.9. :-(

I try to investigate more about this issue and post new info as soon as I can.
