These packages are simple recompiles of the .deb source packages from the hardy-proposed repo. The only change made to them is that I've enabled CONFIG_MODULE_FORCE_UNLOAD.
With this, I am also able to force unload the acpi-cpufreq module and then re-inserting it, causing the cpufreq link of the second core to re-appear.
