A fix has been accepted into the Feisty kernel source that resets the Broadcom device 0x413c:0x8126 when it is initially probed. In the meantime you can test it:

cd /lib/modules/2.6.20-15-generic/kernel/drivers/bluetooth
sudo mv hci_usb.ko hci_usb.ko.old
sudo wget -O hci_usb.ko http://people.ubuntu.com/~rtg/hci_usb.ko-2.6.20-15.27

Its probably easiest to just reboot at this point.
