Guys, if you add this modules:
libata pata_jmicron ata_piix ahci ata_generic
to the /etc/initramfs-tools/modules file
Problem is solved! :)
It doesn't matter the /etc/fstab or the /boot/grub/menu.lst files... and the new UUID.
*** Ubuntu devs should build those into kernel, not as modules. ***
