Comment 8 for bug 84433

I am having the same problems again. I am running ubuntu, kernel 2.6.20-15
I am able to install but when I get ready to boot the system it reboots itself in the middle of splash screen.
when I tried to get into the command prompt the system halt or reboots.
some time I get this error.

I have also tried the 64 bit alt version and I am having the same issue.
