Package "linux-image-unsigned-5.11.0-27-generic-dbgsym" is also missing from http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/dists/focal-updates/main/binary-amd64/Packages

I also cannot find "linux-image-unsigned-5.11.0-27-generic-dbgsym" or "linux-image-5.11.0-27-generic-dbgsym" on http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/main/l/linux/

So at the moment it's impossible to debug kernel issues on the latest 5.11.0-27 kernel on focal.
