Hum, I was about to close the lightdm component report, but in fact the proper way to disable that dialog might be in the guest session script (there is a file to write). Guest sessions are temporary environments started to do something, it's not likely that their user want to spend time learning about the system (they either intend to use it really and are going to have a real account, or they just want to start a webbrowser/test something/debug and they don't need the instructions)
