I tried installing this light-locker and logging out and in:

Thereafter Ctrl-Alt-F7 will not bypass the greeter anymore, no mater whether you use "light-locker-command -l" or "dm-tool lock" or "dm-tool switch-to-greeter" to bring on the greeter (or whatever it is) which is strange, since "dm-tool switch-to-greeter" does not activate lock according to #17.
