debian/watch URL is incorrect

Bug Description

In libformula 1.1.7.dfsg-2, the debian/watch URL is incorrect, but it may be for a reason.

Currently, debian/watch looks for files in http://sourceforge.net/projects/jfreereport/files/99.%20Archive/16.%20LibFormula/ (and its subdirectories). It should be looking in http://sourceforge.net/projects/jfreereport/files/02.%20Libraries/ , but the new files are in zip's, not the preferred tar.gz. I'm not sure what a workaround for this would be except actually looking for .zip file in the watch file but not downloading them. I suggest this happens if Debian and/or Ubuntu don't like zip file and only like tar.gz files.

uscan which reads the file has a --repack function to handle zip files.

this package is maintained in debian, please report the issue there:
