From what I understand, the .mo files exported from Launchpad (i.e. those in the language packs) are ok, but the applications don't seem to be loading all plural forms correctly.

If that is the case, the bug in LP was indeed fixed, but there is some other package affected that's stopping applications to load all plural forms.

Could you give us an example of a particular string and application where you've observed this?
