I'm still unable to reproduce these lock ups and I've tested on three different systems. So, I'm reliant on you (very helpful) bug reporters.

Could someone test out the 4.13.0-38-generic kernel from artful-proposed to see if you experience any lock ups with the 3.20180312.0 microcode?

In the meantime, I'm looking through the changes between 4.13.0-36 and 4.13.0-37 to see if there's anything that sticks out. Nearly all of the changes are ARM related so that limits the possibilities in a nice way.
