Closing because this cannot be reproduced and there has been no response for several years.

If you still have a similar issue, uninstall and make sure there are no leftover files, then install the latest version of Inkscape. If the issue still exists, please file a new bug at https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox. Thank you!
