a description of "my bug" can obviously be found in askubuntu.com, question: 1013830.

I followed the suggestion to modify

/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume

and replaced the line RESUME=UUID= ..... by RESUME=none

Unfortunately, it did NOT resolve "my bug".
