It was so annoying. Computer wanted to install some updates, I agreed, computer wanted restart I again agreed. After reboot computer was not able to boot. I spend almost two hours fix the computer and be able return to work. Following instruction on this post fix the problem https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+bug/1798171/comments/51 Update was triggered by automatically opened window which ask for admin privileges. Not by sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
