Same problem here. Using custom preseed file to automatically burn grub on fakeraid volume /dev/md126 (instead of /dev/md126p1 due to an other bug #1370368).
So adding :
d-i grub-installer/bootdev string /dev/md126
to my preseed file does nothing.
