there's cuu1, cuf1, cud1, and cub1...but shifted variants only for left and right (kLFT and kRIT); and no control variants whatsoever. And this all without getting into alt/meta/super variants... ;-)
Did any terminal ever actually have 64 function keys, as the existence of kf0-kf63 suggests?
