Mouse does not work on the launch of gnome-software

fedora 23 workstation

How reproducible:
always

Expected results:
fedora 22 did not have this problem

Additional info:
the mouse becomes unusable unless we restart fedora 23 workstation.

dmesg shows:

the xxxxxx are numbers.
