I already have package "0.50-2ubuntu22.04.1" installed, see:

$ apt search im-config
Sorting... Done
Full Text Search... Done
im-config/jammy-updates,jammy-updates,now 0.50-2ubuntu22.04.1 all [installed,automatic]
  Input method configuration framework

Though the bug still exist:
After a restart, the GUI shows that "Mouse Keys" feature is enabled, though clicking on the number 5 on the keypad fails to simulate a click on the left mouse button.
