To add related event: I get msg below every time when long pressing on the desktop to get the Background Menu -
(../clutter/clutter/clutter-actor.c:12457):clutter_actor_event: runtime check failed: (retval == CLUTTER_EVENT_PROPAGATE)

Ubuntu 22.04 on Dell 2-in-1 touchscreen.
