Comment 3 for bug 1238410

It could be that the cursor *never* becoming visible is more likely to occur if there is no mouse movement at the greeter screen, ie. one goes from greeter to Desktop without making the cursor visible
If so then maybe this is some occasional glitch with the window manager?
