A paper cut is a minor usability annoyance that an average user would encounter on his/her first day of using a new installation of Ubuntu 9.10"
This reduces the functionality/purpose of drawers to near 0 for me as I can't wait for the delay. I think if a poll was done, that probably upwards of 50% of people would abandon using drawers for the same reason. Why don't you just remove the drawer feature from ubuntu?
