gnome-orca-3.0.0-0ubuntu2

Environment: GNOME classic

1. Enable orca
2. Open firefox
3. Press Ins+H+H to enter "list shortcuts mode"
4. Press 2 to start listing shortcuts for firefox
5. Press down arrow key until you get to "Go to previous form field".

Orca describes the shortcut as "Orca shift T A B", spelling out "tab" letter-by-letter.

Notes:
The following shortcut, "Go to next form field", is pronounced correctly - "Orca tab"

So one suspects it's due to using capital letters for TAB to indicate the use of shift. But this doesn't seem to apply to the Key Bindings section in the Orca Preferences dialog. "Go to previous bookmark location" is shown as "Orca+shift+b".

I think generally seems a mistake that "List shortcuts mode" is implemented as a "mode" of the screen reader, instead of a normal window (which closes when ESC is pressed).
