In Ubuntu 12.04 I was able to set Miscellaneous compatibility options in gnome-control-center keyboard (for example, I use "Shift with numeric keypad keys works as in MS Windows"). Here is a list of all missed feautures:
* Allow breaking grabs with keyboard actions (warning: security risk)
* Apple Aluminium Keyboard: emulate PC keys (Print, Scroll Lock, Pause, Num Lock)
* Both Shift-Keys together activate Caps Lock, one Shift-Keys deativates
* Both Shift-Keys together toggle Caps Lock
* Both Shift-Keys together toggle ShiftLock
* Default numeric keypad keys
* Enable extra typographic characters
* Numeric keypad keys always enter digits (as in Mac OS)
* Shift cancels Caps Lock
* Shift does not cancel Num Lock, chooses 3rd level instead
* Shift with numeric keypad keys works as in MS Windows
* Special keys (Ctrl+Alt+<key>) handled in a server
* Toggle PointerKeys with Shift + NumLock

In Ubuntu 13.10 I can't set them from gnome-control-center.
