I'd imagine you want to look under mozilla/widget/src somewhere, possibly http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/widget/src/gtk2/nsWindow.cpp

I'm a Windows user and not familiar with this part of the code, so I can't really help you much more than that.
