Comment 59 for bug 44062

I have no idea how firefox is programmed (though at some point i would like to
learn) however would it be possible to use more than one list?

For example, FF could check if the something.jp cookie is invalid only if it
ends in .jp, and the same with if it ends in .uk, that way each time a list
would need loading it would both load a shorter list, and do so less often.
