It's for current bug (Accelerators should not be affected by keyboard group/level), this patch makes gtk to think about it (and with it textEdits are not affected by group/level).
One change more and we would be able to discard from conversion to Latin-letters (it will fix the whole bug and depending bug).
About CVS I got it, I will do it in a right way.
