Well, there is a workaround: installing the additional fonts. However, I think
this problem still has to be handled, for the following reasons:
1. the system should work well by default. If it means that those fonts should
be enabled in a default config (in Hebrew locale), maybe that's the solution.
2. Note that the problem does not happen in Konqueror - therefore, it looks
like some configuration bug.
