I am seeing the redirection when using firefox on android. It might be that Google uses the UA string to serve a mobile version of the consent page, and for some reason it thinks the UA string of the desktop version on armhf is that of a mobile device. Not sure why I'm not able to reproduce this in an armhf container though.
