That makes total sense. I think that everyone wants their bookmarks, history,
AND external applications to by default open with focus. If they needed to use
an external app temporarily, they could disable that option. Let me add to your
idea.

To completely fix the issue, we should just have two sets of options. Any more
simplification and it just gets too complicated.

Left Click:
*Select new tabs opened from bookmarks, history or external applications*
Default True
*Select new tabs from links* Default True

Open in new tab (Middle Click):
*Select new tabs opened from bookmarks or history* Default False
*Select new tabs from links* Default False
