Bug Description
Hi,
I am using a fresh Ubuntu installation with Compiz turned off. About twice a day the entire system freezes right after I drag a terminal window around on the desktop. The computer then responds to pings, but cannot be logged into using ssh. Nothing was left in the system log files either. So, it seems that this has to be some kind of bug in the fglrx kernel module, or at least in the way it is access by the fglrx driver.
To reproduce, grab the title bar of a gnome-terminal window, and wave the window around. The redrawing is a bit jerky, and can sometimes cause the bug described here.
