I have been unable to reproduce this issue against 2.0. Going to try against 1.6.2 and report back.

"Volume: Error while communicating with Storage Controller: CreateStorageVolume:Your proposed upload exceeds the maximum allowed object size."

Web UI->configuration tab. Please increase the total max for volumes (default is 50).
