I'll take a look at enabling XEN once I have eliminated a few other DPDK roadblockers.
But this request is not part of the MIR Request you posted in.

I unfortunately don't have a way to move your comment to a new bug.
To provide you with proper tracking and keep the MIR bug free of discussions around this new topic it would be great if you could post just the same in a separate bug against DPDK.
