Installed ~ppa13.
Confirmed usblp not blacklisted and module loaded; uni-directional force off. Test print still showed error.
Turned on no-reattach mode. Test printed with no error.
Plug'n'Print active; still no error.
Plug'n'Print suppressed; still no error.
Manually reloaded usblp module; still no error.
