Comment 52 for bug 428435

For the record, I'm not really insisting on putting the migration stuff into cryptsetup; if another package is more appropriate (like udev), I'm fine with that as well, of course. I just thought that we don't need the migration scripts on systems where cryptsetup isn't even installed.
