How can I test the upgrade? I prepared a VM with Ubuntu 20.04, but upgrading to jammy with proposed enable is not allowed:

```
$ update-manager -c --proposed --devel-release
The options --devel-release and --proposed are
mutually exclusive. Please use only one of them.
```
