Comment 22 for bug 455241

(It is not a workaround per se- that setting affects focus in various ways that are not always desired, so I myself rather set it to low - this problem has been less severe since I bought an SSD disk since most applications now start instantenosly. However, on a rotation harddrive, this used to drive me crazy)
